Strategic Planning Questionnaire
“If you don’t know where you are going, you’ll end up someplace else.”
This quote and various forms of it are attributed to Yogi Berra. It helps to know where you want to be. And then to map a route to get there. One of the most significant pieces of work the joint board produces every few years is a strategic plan for Central Moravian Church.
The plan tells us where we want to be. From there, we map out the steps to get us there. In the coming months the joint board will be developing the strategic plan for the next 3 years. We welcome input from the congregation in understanding what you see as our strengths, and what are the areas for growth. Our collective thoughts will make the destination obvious. With a clear destination, we will plan and execute the steps to get there.
Paper maps have given way to online maps. In much the same way, paper surveys are replaced with online surveys. I trust you will find this process to be both simple and fulfilling. We’ve kept it simple – at most 10 questions. Answer individually or as a family. Answer anonymously or provide your name. Select from a choice of responses or write in your own. It may be helpful to look over the questions, think on them, and then come back and answer. Or perhaps your responses will come immediately.
