New Adult Sunday School – Nov. 5 at 10 a.m.
From Sojourners, Friendship Bible, Coffee Class and Stories for Life, Central has been blessed by opportunities for adults
to gather on Sunday mornings at 10 a.m., before or after worship services, for Sunday School. We want to bring this
tradition back and encourage you to join us any Sunday you are free for our new adult Sunday School class at 10 a.m. in
Nitschmann Hall (lower level of the C. E. building). We are so excited to have the leadership of Dr. Brigidda
Bell, assistant professor of New Testament at the Moravian Theological seminary. Her focus is on early Christianity and
its people and ritual practices that animate the texts of the New Testament.
Our Sunday School will try to share more background on the lectionary passage being shared on Sunday in worship. We
also might look at an occasional series on a particular Bible study topic.
Best news? There is no preparation needed. Come anytime you can, no need to make a commitment to every Sunday.
And, we’ll have coffee and an array of hot beverages too!
