Salem 250th Anniversary Celebration
Please mark your calendars and make plans to welcome our friends from Salem Academy and College, in Winston-Salem, NC. They are coming to Bethlehem to mark the 250th anniversary of the oldest educational institution for girls and women in the country and to
begin retracing the 500-mile journey in 1766 by the Single Sisters and Older Girls that started it all. (Yes! Alums and friends of Salem will be walking from PA to NC to commemorate that journey! You can join them too for as much or as little of the journey as you like. The

The celebration will begin with a worship service in the Old Chapel on September 27 at 4 p.m. and conclude with a “Celebratory Send Off” for “The Journey from Bethlehem to Salem” early on the morning of September 28 (location to be determined.)
