Confirmation Class

Confirmation Begins: August 24th – Our first gathering will be following our Ice Cream truck and Backpack blessing on Sunday, August. 24th. We encourage all those interested to join us in worship, enjoy ice cream, and the backpack blessing, and then we will meet in the Christian Education building, lower level from 12:15 – 2 p.m.

Confirmation is a rite by young people learn more their church, elements of their faith and service to others, and then – if they choose – publicly affirm their baptism or receive adult baptism to join the church as adult members. Maybe now more than ever, it is vital for our young people to know that they are loved by God and a community outside of their immediate family. All youth ages 12 -16 are eligible for this class.
