DESCRIPTION:Vacation Bible School\n\nCentral children and their friends ages 3 to 10 are invited to participate in Vacation Bible School from Monday\, June 26 to Friday\, June 30. Children from Central\, Advent\, East Hills\, and College Hill Moravian churches will gather at East Hills Moravian Church to explore this year’s program “Operation Restoration. . . Mending God’s World.”\n\nGuided by a Bible story each day\, students will explore how through feeding\, healing\, forgiveness\, and prayer they can mend God’s world and the people in it. From 9 a.m. to 12 noon they will participate in science and crafts projects\, music\, and physical activities that relate to the themes. A mid-morning snack time will be provided. The week will end with a picnic for all the children and their families on Friday afternoon with perhaps a surprise or two. There is no cost and no need to bring anything except a lawn chair or picnic blanket. Chairs and tables will be available in a shaded tent for those who do not wish to bring their own. To make preparations a little bit easier\, please let your church office know by Monday\, August 29 if you plan to attend\, and how many adults and children are in your group. On the day of the event\, please park in the lower lot at 1830 Butztown Road. Accessible parking is in the upper lot. The event will be held rain or shine unless weather is severe.
