SUMMARY:Holy Communion & Lovefeast on the Green - Sanctuary Worship
DESCRIPTION:Holy Communion and Lovefeast-on-the-Green\nJoin us on Sunday\, August 11\, as we celebrate our Moravian Church’s renewal on August 13th. Moravians around the world celebrate August 13th as the spiritual “birthday” of the Renewed Unitas Fratrum. We will have Holy Communion during the 10 a.m. service in the sanctuary. Following the service\, we will gather on the Green for a Lovefeast. We will have plentiful refreshments to commemorate our church’s renewal and ongoing legacy from 1722 to today.

DESCRIPTION:Fair Trade Coffee\, Tea\, Chocolate Sales \nWhat does that mean? We support small farmers by working in a co-op owned model. The Equal Exchange uses their long-standing relationships to secure the best crops. A growing community of citizen-consumers are working together to build a better food system by organizing and engaging in shared learning. If you are concerned about climate change and the threat it has on the livelihood of farmers or how multinationals are controlling our food industry\, join us in supporting Equal Exchange products. We will be offering coffee\, chocolate\, and tea in limited selections next Sunday\, April 30 and May 14. Our plan is to keep the Coffee Ministry available every second Sunday of the month thereafter. Our table will be available in the Northeast corner of the sanctuary\, very close to the Chapel\, after the 9 and 11 a.m. service. SUMMARY:Sanctuary Tour
DESCRIPTION:Saturday\, Aug. 3\, Sunday\, Aug. 4th\, and Saturday Aug. 10\, and Sunday Aug. 11\, 2 – 4 p.m. Sanctuary tour and Free gift for all visitors!  \n\nThe Church Sanctuary\, built from 1803-1806\, is open for guided tours\, each half hour from 2 – 4 p.m.    Guests will be welcomed to take this 45-minute tour of the sanctuary learning more not only about its architectural design\, history of music and worship\, but also the living ministries of Central Moravian Church today.  Unique places like the 2nd floor Kleiner Saal will be included on this tour.   A suggested donation of $5/person.   A gift shop with many unique Moravian items\, as well as books and other gifts will be open.  (During Musikfest\, our Gift shop will offer a free Moravian themed gift for all visitors)\n\nGuests should enter on the Northeast side of the church\, the door accessible to the church green and Heckewelder Place (closest to Moravian Book store).\n\nOutside of our regular hours\, guided tours of the Sanctuary and Old Chapel can also be arranged by contacting the Rev. Josh Follweiler\,  Associate Pastor at 610-866-5661 (x.201) A suggested donation of $5/person is requested for these tours.   They can be arranged subject to a tour guide and the church’s availability.
