Please prepare for the first group by reading pages 11 – 27 and answer the questions on pages 26 – 27 the best you can. We will discuss these in class. For America\, waiting presents an enormous challenge. We are impatient\, “fix-it” kinds of people – and not all situations can be fixed. This book presents seven spiritual gifts that waiting can teach us: Patience\, Loss of Control\, Live in the Present\, Compassion\, Gratitude\, Humility\, and Trust in God. We will do two gifts each week. The book is $11\, available on Amazon or we will have some copies available for you in church starting December 28.
