Reaching out to our Community

Our Outreach and Evangelism Committee sponsors many ways to share the spiritual experience of Central Church with others in our community. Through open house events, participation in the greater Moravian community's Moravian Days, beeswax candle distribution to designated outreach neighborhoods, continued promotion of concerts, special worship service and Vangie Sweitzer's book "Christmas in Bethlehem: A Moravian Heritage;" and other projects, this committee welcomes you to help us spread the word about Central Church. Contact George Hall through the church office for more information on the Outreach and Evangelism committee.
Below are two books written by Vangie Sweitzer about the Moravian Christmas in Bethlehem and the Moravian Bethlehem Trombone Choir. For more information and to purchase your copy please call the church office at 610-866-5661.

We also encourage our members, friends and visitors to take advantage of the many opportunities that the great city of Bethlehem offers.
If you are interested in history, fascinating lectures and presentations, world-class entertainment and shopping, and many others opportunities for the entire family, below is just the beginning to what you can discover in downtown historic Bethlehem, just a short walk from Central Church.
